Three years ago I could barely boil water. I’m not kidding.

When I married the love of my life on a beach in Aruba...

(That’s my husband Shaun. We’ve been married for almost 4 years and together for almost 12!)

...we moved into a little Jersey City apartment and I decided I was going to be a kick ass wife who not only watched football

but one who could whip up a fantastic meal at anytime.

We realized that we both had a love and passion for food.

And I rekindled my own passion for writing.

So I taught myself how to cook in my small apartment kitchen. And I started a blog.

Now I write recipes...

Sample eats around the globe...

Pretend I'm a photographer...

And blog about it all.
